Is there any way we can customize/clean up the ticket view options in Zoho Desk? I have 15 different views available, but I'd like to turn off the ones I don't need and create/manage custom ticket views that I've created. For example:
- All Tickets
- Open Tickets
- Closed Tickets
- Tickets for Review
I understand that the templates are there to help others, but I'd like to be able to turn them off if I'm not using htem.
