Hi,

My employer is currently going through a merger, as part of the process, we need to decide which service we go for, for use as our IT ticketing system.

As my team already use Zoho Desk and are familiar with using it, I'd like to carry this over into the new company, but for the life of me I cannot get hold of the sales team to do just a quick demo.

The IT manager of the other company we are merging with has already completed demos of FreshService and HaloITSM that they booked, they are reaching the end of the discovery stage and Zoho seem to have completely ignored me, I've called twice, emailed and used the WebChat, I'm really clutching at straws on the community forum for help with this!
