Control Popup Cookie Expiration Duration

Hello Zoho PageSense Team,
We would like to request an enhancement related to popup cookie management.

Current Limitation:
Currently, PageSense popup cookies remain active for 365 days, and this duration cannot be modified by us. If a visitor closes or rejects a popup, the popup will not appear again until the cookie expires or the visitor manually clears browser cookies or after 365 days.

Requested Enhancement:
Please allow us to configure the popup cookie duration, for example: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or any Custom number of days.

Value:
  1. Enables better control over campaign re-engagement
  2. Supports seasonal, promotional, or recurring popups
  3. Aligns popup behavior with marketing strategy instead of a fixed system value
