Converting a Ticket from Desk to Projects, without creating a Task in Desk
Hi,
we have Zoho Desk and Zoho Projects in place.
Customers submit tickets on Zoho Desk, after reviewing they are to be converted to a Task in Zoho Projects, and associated to the relevant project. We dont use tasks in Zoho Desk, and unfortunately cant bypass or deactivate this functionality.
Converting a ticket to Projects in this way doesnt go very well, as most of the parameters are not synced and have to be added to Projects manually. On top of that, a task converted this way gets added to a new task list and then has to be moved to the correct task list / milestone manually.
Are there ways to improve the syncronization and reduce the manual work related to Task creation and management?
Is it possible to bypass creating Tasks in Desk first?
