Count the number of times a solution has been viewed
Dear All,
I'd like to know if there is a way to count how many time a particular solution has been accessed. This would allow us to see which topics are the most important ones.
Also, or alternatively, is it possible for a customer to flag a solution as "helpful" or not, like on google? That would help us to redesign the articles to increase requests deflection.
