Hello, is is possible for our staff to log a new IT request using a link to a webpage, but without them having to need a Zoho account first. We just wanted them to click on a link that will automatically bring up our Support Site info, where they would then log a new request providing their Name, email, etc, which they submit?
This is in addition to them sending an email to log a new request.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
