Hello,

Is it possible to create a Zoho Mail contact automatically when a Zoho CRM contact is created. We have CardDAV setup and it would be great if they synced across so that the contacts automatically sync across when a new contact is added in Mail.

Zoho Mail already pulls the information from the CRM but doesn't automatically create a contact for some reason.

This seems like it would be quite a basic feature. This can't even be done using Zoho Flow by the looks of it either as the Mail integration is quite minimal there.
