create online form to get data to Support

Hi,

I have this scenario:

My clients are filling out an online form for a vacation request. There are several things they have to fill out, such as the date of stay, type of requested accommodation, number of persons, ages and many more. Right now I am using Jotform for my forms. I have rather quite some forms, about 100 different ones (different languages).

However, with Jotform I need to use Mandrill, otherwise they are not sent properly to my server.

I don't want to use ContactForm7 or others for my wordpress site.

So, I know I can create forms with Zoho. However, I don't know which app I have to use for it and how it works. I have Zoho CRM PLUS, so I guess forms should be included (as the most is included in Plus). Can you please point me which app I have to use and how to create my forms (manual link is fine). The forms should send the data directly to my Zoho Support. Is this possible? Or to CRM and fill out the requested fields (if available).

Best would be to Support though.
