Create Ticket on an Account in Zoho CRM

      Why is it not possible to create a ticket against an "Account" in Zoho CRM?

It seems it has to be a "Contact"

This doesn't make sense, as f.ex I want to create a ticket against a Company, not a contact person. 

Is there a setting to enable this or is this a design flaw/feature?
