Create tickets on behalf of the sender while forwarding emails not working forwarding from mobile phone

Hello...We are migrating from Freshdesk to zoho desk and so far all has been great except...

I have a google workspace account with a custom domain and if I forward an email logged in from my google account via the gmail web interface then tickets are properly created on behalf of the sender.  However, if I forward the email from my mobile email client (In this case Aqua Mail) it creates the ticket but as me as opposed to the original sender.  And, I would be forwarding from my mobile phone the most to create these tickets.  I am an agent so it should work.  I have played around with the settings in the email client thinking it has something to do with the formatting, etc and it still does not work. 

This always worked using freshdesk.

Any ideas?
