Creating a support request / ticket via email to xxx@zohosupport.com

Is there the ability to create a ticket from an email sent to my support email address (e.g. xxx@zohosupport.com)?

For example, I am running a small computer support/service business and I would like to be able to direct potential customers to send an email to xxx@zohosupport.com and have it automatically create a ticket.


I'm under the impression that this is possible and I've searched all over trying to find the answer but I simply can't find anything about it.
