I have 2 Zoho accounts which are part of 2 different workplaces. One workplace is able to select 'Zoho CRM' as a service option when creating a new extension, the other one is not. I'm not sure what the exact differences are between them.

What do I need to do so that I can make an extension for Zoho CRM?

The org of the account does not have a Zoho CRM subscription, but is that the only way to 'unlock' the option?
