Critical Update - Authtokens in Zoho Desk REST APIs will Stop Working in a Week

Dear Zoho Desk API users,

In the second half of 2020, we had decided to indefinitely deprecate the use of authtokens and instead use OAuth tokens for authenticating users. We had informed the developer community about this critical change and the need for it, through this post

We also issued reminders through subsequent forum posts, and in some cases, emails. We now take this opportunity to inform you that any authtokens still in use will stop functioning from the 12th of March, 2021. Therefore, please tweak your API-based tools such that they employ OAuth tokens, and not auth tokens for user authentication.

You can find more details about migrating from auth tokens to OAuth tokens in this forum post

Additionally, here is a complete list of all the authtokens you've generated in the past. Out of these tokens, the ones with supportapi (Desk) are the authtokens used to make Zoho Desk REST API calls.
