Its 2022, can our customers log into CRM on their mobiles? Zoho Response: Maybe Later

I am a long time Zoho CRM user.

I have just started using the client portal feature.

On the plus side I have found it very fast and very easy (for someone used to the CRM config) to set up a subset of module views that make a potentially extremely useful portal for a client.

However i find myself frustrated at the lack of some basic features.

1) Ability to create a custom Home Page and other pages
The user just gets landed in the list view of the contacts module which makes no sense from a client view as why do they need to manage a list of clients?
I would like to be able to create a html home page plus pages for, guides/instructions, privacy policy, etc

2) Ability to create menu items that link directly to ; a) View form , b) edit form 

3) Be able to disable buttons, options that dont make sense for a client. e.g. duplicate client profile, delete client profile (why does a client need to do that?)

4) A very simple but very greatly missed feature - can i not just have a simple text field (read only) that i can add to a form with prefilled text to act as an instruction - e.g. within a section to provide help/instructions to user.

5) To be able to use Wizard layouts in portal. Its such a shame that the wizards, which enable you to create a super friendly step by step way of entering form data and would be great for client usability, are not available. 

6) Probably asking too much - but it is 2020 and a client portal should be mobile friendly/responsive layout.

The above would big a big step in creating a usable portal for clients.

For our business the client portal has incredible potential to be a game changer for the way we work with clients - but without the above it is a bit basic and clunky to roll out right now.
