Custom fields for company
Hi,
it would be very helpful to be able to store central information in a central location in order to use it in workflows or custom functions. An example of a situation in which the described possibility would be very helpful:
I have certain information placed in the footer of every email (templates), such as some contact information and links/URLs. When information changes, I have to open, edit and save EVERY template. It would be much more efficient if I could just use a placeholder that pulls the data from the custom fields.
The following modules are available to me:
- Ticket
- Ticket Owner
- Agent
- Organization
Organization is the only module suitable for the described needs, but I can't create custom fields there :(
