Hello Zoho,

We are using Zoho Desk for our helpdesk. Recently, we terminated a number of licences, including the original user who set up our zoho account. This has led to an issue with all our custom functions that use the OrgId parameter in Zoho Desk.

Whenever a custom function attempts to interact with Zoho Desk, we get an error message that the user is not in the organisation as can be seen in picture "error 1". My account is listed as Primary Contact and Owner of Desk as well as Owner of our entire Zoho One organisation. I've regenerated the ZSC Key so that it is generated by my account too.
How do we solve this error?
