Custom Invoice Template - no tax name - no tax value

Hi there!

I created a custom template for invoice and everything works fine, except for the placeholders %TaxName% and %TaxValue%.

When I test my invoice with some data anything is ok, until I create the pdf file. It's obvious there is a problem with the placeholders. Seems there are getting replace, but with nothing more than an empty string. I dont understand why?

I attached a textfile containing the hole template I use.

Please could someone help me with this?!
