Customer Account in Zoho Desk

Hi. 

Is there a way to merge two accounts in Zoho Desk? I have an account that has a duplicate and both accounts have tickets associated to them.

I can find them by using the "Duplicates" in the accounts screen but when I am there, I only have the choices of editing or deleting, not merging.

Can you help?
