A customer is unable to see their own tickets. They mentioned one ticket being able to be viewed. Is it correct that all "On hold" and closed tickets cannot be viewed by the customer anymore? That doesn't sound right.

Hopefully you can deduce which customer from the attached screenshots, otherwise please send me an email or private message somehow.
