Customer Portal Security - Specifically the Knowledge Base

The current security only allows the following:

  • All customers can access customer portal (all help files published to knowledge base)
  • All customers with a login can access the customer portal (all help files published to knowledge base)
We need the ability to secure according to the following:
  • Permit viewing access to KB articles/topics based on User Account
  • Permit viewing access to KB articles/topic based on User Contact
  • Permit viewing access to KB articles/topic based on 'Group' defined in agent support portal settings
Is this on Zoho's roadmap in the near future?  If so, about when would it be available?
