Customer Portal Zoho Desk | Sort ticket list

Hello,

If you view the ticket list inside the desk portal (https://xyc.zohodesk.eu/portal/de/myarea?departmentId=xyz) all tickets are displayed depending on the filters:
  1. department
  2. "my tickets" / "team tickets"
  3. status group/type
  4. channel
My questions:
  1. How are the tickets listed, according to which criterion are they sorted?
  2. Can the sorting be customized?
    1. It's essential to be able to sort - not just filter - to offer customers a good user experience!
  3. A maximum of 10 tickets will be displayed per page, then you have to switch to the next page. This is very impractical and not reasonable for the customer if there are many tickets and the customer wants to get an overview.
    1. How can the number be increased?
