Customer requesting way to export information on all their submitted tickets.

Hello,

I have a large client who is requesting a way to export data on tickets they have submitted to our support portal for their own internal tracking purposes. This request is becoming more a requirement, and I am looking for a sustainable solution. Ideally, this would be something they could do themselves, without having to submit a request for us to do it for them or pull the data and send it to them.
