Customize automatic notification email

Hi
I am new to ZoHO Support solution
I am searching howto customize the automatic  automatic notification email
When a resolution is being add to a request with the option "Notify contact" an email like this the following is being sent :
Dear Vincent RICHEL,

Resolution has been updated by Vincent RICHEL for the request 214 - test .

Resolution :
le problème est réglé

Resolution updated by :Vincent RICHEL ( support@radicalconsulting.eu )
Resolution updated time : 09,Feb 2011 10:16 AM ( Europe/Paris )
