Découvrir la synchronisation Active Directory



Bonjour à tous,
Dans cet article, nous allons découvrir comment vous pouvez synchroniser vos utilisateurs en masse depuis Active Directory.

Active Directory (AD) est une banque de données pour les systèmes d'exploitation Windows, comprenant entre autres les utilisateurs répertoriés, utilisée par les organisations pour gérer les informations sur les utilisateurs et les groupes. Lorsque ces organisations voudront passer à une solution cloud (comme Zoho One), elles auront meilleur compte à passer par une synchronisation de ces données : elles pourront ainsi administrer leurs utilisateurs dans le panneau d’administration de Zoho One, tout en maintenant leurs données dans leur AD sur leur bureau.

Qu’est-ce que l’outil de synchronisation AD ?
Synchronisation AD est un outil de synchronisation unidirectionnelle installé sur votre serveur qui, comme son nom l'indique, synchronise toutes vos identités d'utilisateur et de groupes présentes dans votre répertoire actif sur votre compte Zoho One. Il est également couplé avec un "Password Sync Agent" qui synchronise les mots de passe d'utilisateur lorsqu’il est installé dans un contrôleur de domaine, sans avoir à ajouter, modifier ou désactiver manuellement des comptes d'utilisateur dans Zoho One.

Quand devriez-vous utiliser l’outil ?
Si vous utilisez Active Directory pour stocker les données sur les utilisateurs et les groupes de votre organisation, vous pouvez utiliser l’outil dès que vous vous inscrivez à Zoho One. Si les attributs AD que vous utilisez ne sont pas disponibles dans le panneau d’administration de Zoho One, ou si vous avez créé des attributs personnalisés dans AD, nous vous suggérons de créer les champs personnalisés appropriés dans Zoho One avant la synchronisation.

Comment créer les champs personnalisés appropriés dans Zoho One?

1. Connectez-vous à Zoho One, puis allez sur Panneau d’administration dans l'onglet à gauche.
2. Sélectionnez l'onglet utilisateur et allez sur l'onglet "Gérer les champs" .
3. Cliquez sur "Ajouter un champ personnalisé".
4. Nommez le champ et choisissez le type de champ.
5. Saisissez la limite de caractères maximale et la valeur par défaut.
6. Si vous choisissez "liste déroulante" comme type de champ, ajoutez au moins deux options de saisie. Pour simplifier, sélectionnez "Ajouter en masse" et saisissez une entrée par ligne dans la zone de texte. Cliquez sur "Ajouter des options" après avoir saisi toutes les entrées.



7. Activez l'onglet "chiffrer" pour chiffrer les données d'utilisateur dans le champ avant de les stocker. Il est recommandé de chiffrer des champs qui comportent des données personnelles, sensibles ou confidentielles. Vous pouvez chiffrer jusqu’à cinq champs personnalisés.
Remarque : Les données ne seront chiffrées que lorsqu’elles se trouvent dans nos serveurs. Elles seront décryptées avant d’être récupérées et affichées.
8. Activez l'onglet "Afficher l'info-bulle" pour ajouter une description ou un exemple quant à l’étiquette du champ. Vous pouvez choisir parmi les deux types d’info-bulles disponibles.
      i. Icône d'information : Affiche le message en survolant l’icône à côté de l’étiquette.
      ii. Texte statique : Affiche le message sous forme de texte substitué grisé dans le champ.
9. Cliquez "ajouter".



Cet outil affectera-t-il les données stockées dans AD ?
Pas du tout. L’outil effectue une synchronisation unidirectionnelle, de sorte que les modifications seront effectuées uniquement dans Zoho One, et non dans l’AD.
