Dashboard: Number of Requests per day/week/month

Can anyone tell me how i can setup a (line) chart inside the Zoho Support Dashboard with the number of requests per day, week or month?

I want a grand summary for my projects larger and longer than the weekly summary on the homepage.

I tried it by grouping the request (created/closed) time, but this doesn't work. Any idea's?
