Hi Desk Team, 

As a growing business, With my company I want to be able to add temporary agents.  What I mean by a temporary agent is for example, If I am out of the office for business travel or meetings, Someone else on my team can take over and answer requests for a couple hours or day(s). 

Other products such as Freshdesk have this feature, I think it would beneficial in Desk as well.
