Delay in Zoho Tickets

Hello Customer Support:

We are using you product and lately we have noticed that there is a delay in tickets showing up on Zoho.  We receive the email but when we check on Zoho it shows up after a 15 min delay.

Please can you have someone look into this for us.  We would like to get this resolved as soon as possible as this is causing a delay in supporting our customers in the field.
