Hi,
We have an email account that has reached the limit of usage. The email was blocked and from the admin we unblocked it in order to let the user log in and delete emails. She deleted around 3 GB of emails but the space still shows more than 5 GB of usage in the admin area
I have clicked on refresh button, and also we have checked, she only has 1 GB in incoming folder, less than 1 GB in outgoing folder, spam and trash folders empty
What could we do to solve this?
