I've made some custom reports & dashboards in Zoho Support. These are showing data fro Requests that have been deleted. I only want them to show Requests that still exist against the Accounts they are associated with.
I know it may take some time for the data to be refreshed, but if I create new Requests these are displayed in the reports & dashboards straight away - whereas deleted Requests do not disappear. Any idea why this is the case, and is there any way I can amend it?
