Dependency fields based on accounts in Zoho Desk

We have recently started to use Zoho Desk and I'd like to know if there's a way to make child fields to get values based on an account or organization itself.

For example, we manage tickets for several accounts but we also identify tickets based on their headquarters. However this applies only in few customers. I found a way to make something similar by adding manually the accounts' names but this stops to make sense since we have dozens of customers.

What I want to do is either create a field which takes values (added manually) depending on the account's name, or create a field whose values are the accounts' names itself and another field with the headquarters' names (and hence the dependency fields process is as usual),

The idea is that process of identifying tickets per headquarter permits the most granularity in our support processes.

Is any of both things possible in Zoho Desk?
