DESK - After-Transition Alerts have quit working

DESK - After-Transition Alerts have quit working

I have a Desk Blueprint and had it functional sending After-Transition alerts by email.  However it has ceased to perform after-transition alerts.  In the history, when I expand the info I get the message "No actions, alerts, or messages configured for this transition" 

There are alerts configured, but they are not working.
