Different background colors for each email

Different background colors for each email

We have tickets in our desk containing over 10 email messages. (back and forth, from and too customers)

It would be helpful if there is some background color change to see if it was an inbound or outbound message.

Is this possible in the current version? Or is there another way we can easier differentiate (just by looking at it) to see if it's a customer response, or a response from us to the customer? (everything has a white background now)
