Display CRM account field on Zoho Desk Ticket

I have linked a custom CRM Account field for "Customer Care Lead Advisor" with Zoho Desk Accounts.  I know the data has synced correctly as I am using this field for some automations based on this lead advisor field.

When viewing a ticket that is linked to an account / contact I would like the Customer Care Lead Advisor to show within the additional information field on the ticket.

I have tried using the Lookup fields and reviewed dozens of help articles and guides but cannot get this to work as the "Lead Advisor" does not show within the list of of options to lookup for the account.

Can anyone help me to get this working?
