I did some research and the only article I found useful about how to set up webhook is below.

according to it, webhook should be under Setup > Automation > Actions > Webhooks. however, I don't have the webhook option even though i'm using an Support Administrator account.

Anyone knows how to setup webhook in zoho desk? Any help would be so appreciated!
