Does the functionality exist to review and approve a booking request before it is confirmed?
Hi All,
To my knowledge if a staff member is available at the desired time a customer chooses, a meeting is confirmed automatically and scheduled in the staff member's calendar.
Does the functionality exist whereby once the booking request is submitted by the customer, the staff member receives the request and has the opportunity to accept or provide an alternative time proposal before the booking is confirmed back to the customer?
I can see that there is the function available for staff members to cancel or reschedule a session, but only after the initial request is accepted and has been confirmed to the customer.
