Hello, my first time using the forum, but I have been trying to map my custom domain now for 5 months, 3 different companies I have set up for clients and we have never had any luck. I have sent in support tickets, emailed reps who I had in my contacts and still, I never had any luck, or made any progress. I have even attempted to forward the sub-domain from Godaddy creating the A record to create the sub and then following the directions for the record for mapping the custom domain in Desk. First, the forward came back as unauthorized from ZoHo, which is progress since all other times I have received nothing but non-existence errors, no pun intended. I even went as far as going into the clients CPanel and ruining a redirect to the zoho default domain for the help center. Still nothing. I literally have more than 80000 clients who are now realizing the benefit of having an online presence and I have wanted to use ZoHo One to make myself and my company look like pure geniuses but we had to resort to a less able more expensive program that was so easy to map the custom domain I started thinking that there was a conspiracy against me and my company. Just kidding. But somebody please help me so I can first be well informed for the next client, and secondly so I can look like a genius once again. We have an account where we sell everything from Godaddy so all records or settings or assistance will be applicable to Godaddy as the hosting provider. Thank you for any and all asdsistance.
