This week I was starting to set up our new support desk.
But appearantly I performed the wrong action, because the site is not available anymore.
Can you reset the domain?
I also want to know how this domain mapping is done normally?
Our main domain is proplanet.nl
I presume this has to be provided as our domain, and not helpdesk.proplanet.nl.
We also want to read mail
Next to that we want to have 3 support centers for ticket access of customers
helpdesk.proplanet.nl is the url of the first one, we have to think about the excact urls of the other ones.
currently our old ticket system is using helpdesk.proplanet.nl, so remapping is required
