Hello,

I am trying to obtain data of the tickets (including custom fields) and mantain updated the info in a external database (in other cloud). But with api I can't find a way to download the tickets that are updated or created from a specific date time. 

Then I tried to download all the tickets once a day with api list of tickets. But the problem is that this api give just simple information and don't have custom fields.

Do you have some idea to achieve what I want?
