Hello is there a way to add a downloadable documents to Zoho Desk?  I have a need to add FAQs, KBs, and Guides to our Support Center.  For better user experience I want for my customers to be able to download guides that I want to add to my Support Center.  The guides would come in a form of a user guide, installation guide, and similar docs.
