This is no big deal but can lead to some questions so I'll ask.

I think I have a small bug in the community when someone ask a question, the agent reply but is unsure about the answer and then leave the answer in draft mode until he validate the answer.

For the "customer" it appears like a real answer.. but he can't see it ;-)
