I am new to Zoho Support but I don't see this question as having been asked.
How do I create a custom filter to view my tickets due during the coming week. We are a small outfit and trying to clear through some older tickets - but in the meantime new and more critical tickets may have been created, so at the beginning of the day having this filter available would be hugely helpful.
