Dynamic drop down field in submit ticket form

Hello,

I'm  working on change the submit ticket form of my ZOHO Desk and i want to categorize my services by category of service, for example:

If the customer select "Support" on the category field, the service field must display only options related to support team as "Printer - Print error" or "PC - Software Error"

And also i want to know if there is some place on the plataform that let us try changes of the form without apply it on production environment.

Any tips?
