Editing the Ticket Properties column

Editing the Ticket Properties column

This is going to sound like a dumb question, but I cannot figure out how to configure/edit the sections (and their fields) in this column:





For example, we have a custom "Resolution" field, which parked itself in the "Ticket Information" section of this column.  As you can see in the image, that means our custom field is off-screen unless the agent scrolls down.  For efficiency, I'd like to move it up into the "Key Information" section instead, but I honestly cannot find a way to do that.
