Email confirmation from zoho mail bouncing back

I am having a problem confirming an alternate sender e-mail id from within recruit. I am also unable to send any e-mails to that domain name from recruit as well. Every other e-mail destination appears to work ok so far. Is there a solution? So far the zoho support has not responded to my e-mail for assistance in 4 days.
