Email Notification to Account Owner when Ticket Opened

Hello,
I'm trying to send an email alert to the Account Owner in CRM when there is an opened or modified ticket regarding their customer in Desk. When I try to create a rule for email notifications when a case is created or edited, I cannot find the condition for cases matching the Account Owner is "user name". There are many other fields such as Case Owner, but I need the account owner to receive an email.
