Email setup in Zoho support
we are pointing zoho support to our exchange server for inbound and outbound mail.
I am fetching the emails and they are generating requests..Great! I am able to respond using outbound mail settings..Great!
The problem is that there does not appear to be any "delete from server" option similar to what you have in zoho crm for example.
Will you be adding this feature soon, or did I miss it somewhere in the setup mail settings?
This is important, since as they are fetched and imported into zoho support, there is no need to keep them on our exchange server....they continue to pile up there.
