Is this a feature that only exists if Zoho is your mail host? I have several situations where I cannot find the sharing icon in the emails but in all cases these mailboxes are IMAP accounts with external mail host.

One client who does use Zoho MAIL as their host does have the feature.

No where in the documentation does it advise of any limitation with IMAP accounts.
