Hi, 

We have had the JIRA integration working successfully for the last couple of years but it has recently started failing.

Specifically, when we try to "Add New JIRA issue" from a Zoho Desk ticket we get the following error:

I've also reauthenicated JIRA successfully but when I try to "Map Zoho Desk Departments", we get the following error:

I've attached screenshots of both errors.
