Help! Existing chatbot On new website

My team is building a website for a new product, but the chatbot from the existing product is embedded on this new site. Although a new chatbot has been built for the new product, the old one is still showing up instead of the new one, despite changing the bot audience to custom visitors and inputting the appropriate URL. How do I resolve this?
