We used to track Customer related Issues in Excel/ Google Sheets before opting for Zoho desk Enterprise version,  Excel Sheet  has all the earlier issues & Resolution with Assignment of Tasks related to the Products. 

It would be helpful if the back dated tickets which are in Excel sheet format can be added as History Tickets in Zoho desk.
